Hi chaps,
We played a friendly this sat against SMA on a fine sat morning. The game was very enjoyable and I hope SMA aren't too disheartened with the result.
Arguably, they could have taken the lead 1 - 0 in the opening 10 minutes with a shot that was initially saved and might have crossed the line! But it was a tough call and the decision went Kay street's way.
The number 9 caused some problems for KSB - he was quick all day and have several chances, and came close on several occasions - prevented only by the woodwork.
KSB played fairly well as a team and got stuck in - creating several chances and managing to convert a few of them.
I wish the SMA lads good luck in division 2 - they've got some decent players in that squad and I'm sure they'll get there first win in the league soon.
cheers Dan.
Not heard loads frmo the game. It was great to give some lads who dont normally get a run our a game. Hope yours benefitted from that too. We'll hvae to do it again in the new year!
