Great start to the season in the sunshine. Two well matched teams, game played in a great spirit throughout.

what a great game to be part of today first 20minutes toft played some great football they clicked into gear straight from the off which we found hard to deal with we were second to the ball and still half asleep toft got a early penalty which i felt was a poor decision toft shortly after made it 2-0 at that point we knew we had to dig deep.
15-20mins towards the end of the 1st half we started to play our own game our wingers we were gettin more service and they started to create problems for tofts back 4 we pulled 1 back to 2-1 before half time by the looks of things at the time toft were relieved to be a goal up at half time.
second half we really started to battle with toft for everything we pulled it back after a cracker from glover to make it 2-2 shortly after that another poor penalty decision from the ref which could of cost us but thatcher pulled off a great save, shortly after we scored again to make it 3-2 toft didnt really push us after that and we scored near the end to make it 4-2 to make sure
just like to say well played toft very good team and a top bunch of lads good luck for the rest of the season

Ahh, you must be one of the 'summer transfers' Paul Higg was on about Goudy!! Sanbach, Longsight, now Hazel Grove - you must have a good agent!!
