noticed all teams have gone into the National Christian Trophy, with no representives in the National Christian Cup any reason for this? what has happened to Burnley, Warrington etc? thoughts on the draw? Banter etc Tbh i thought there would be higher participation from SMCCFL teams.

We don't enter as we have a lot of lads who play at a decent standard on Sat afternoons and Sundays. Therefore if we got drawn away down south somewhere a lot of lads wouldn't be able to play.

I would imagine Warrington are the same.

Each Christian League in the country is ranked, the top 2 levels play in the Cup and the bottom 2 levels in the Trophy. The SMCCFL is currently in Level 3 but I am told quite close to becoming a level 2 league!

We got to the Quarter Finals last year before losing to a long ball specialist team in Watford - hopefully we can go all the way this time around!
