prayer for injured player....hey,
We (firwood) played a friendly up in Burnley on Saturday and unfortunalty one of our players suffered a serious injury that meant we had to call out an Ambulance etc...
Basically the quick description of the injury is his knee cap 'exploded' when he collided with the post . He had Surgery on Sunday morning and has a long recovery ahead of him
Pray for a quick recovery to the injury and that the injury won't affect his football in the future!
Thanks to Burnley for your patience and understanding on Saturday during the long break in play!

Such a horrible, freak accident - he's been realy unlucky & i hope he can recover quickly.
Maybe we should have some sort of collection or fund raising game for him?
